Pack Rhythm
This time together at my home is designed to leave your pup feeling fulfilled while giving you some time for yourself. You can also think of it as a mini upkeep session to further solidify healthy habits that we've established in sessions. It is also somewhat like doggy daycare, but with more focus and structure in our activities and practices.
Some benefits include:
- structured pack walks on property
- agility course activities
- fetch with built-in commands
- brain games indoors or in covered outdoor spaces when raining
- recall activities such as whistle work and fetch
- agility course activities
- boundaries like staying out of the kitchen
- redirecting barking behaviors
- working on door manners
- learning how to wait and be patient
- short intervals of crate training for calm
- engaging in periods of quiet presence with meditation music
These afternoons are designed to emulate the ebbs & flows of your dog's innate way of functioning. It's basically structured social time that oscillates between physically moving, thinking & relaxing in a calm pack setting.
When you come to pick up your dog, I will share with you any insights and observations. I also invite you to share with me any challenges you may be experiencing so I can help you with them.
This activity may not suitable for reactive dogs unless strategies have been explored and precautions taken.
Available on Tuesdays & Thursdays as space & group dynamic allows.
I can provide pick up between noon & 1 pm (after the morning pack walk) from most locations in Roberts Creek & Gibsons
You come pick up your dog between 4 & 5 pm
Cost: $25 for the afternoon
*If your dog is scheduled for their walk on one of these days, they can join this afternoon activity for an additional $10
