Initial ​Session as outlined below.


​Initial Session

Whether we work together in person or online, the Initial Session is where our journey begins and includes an intake process before our scheduled time together.

In our session, we will explore the behaviors you are feeling challenged with and invite a new perspective to your situation. I will share with you some gentle, yet powerful techniques and practices and teach you how to integrate them into daily life, according to your needs and preferences.

​Our dogs are always calling us back to our innate divine nature, a state of being present and calm. When we learn how to feel this state within ourselves more readily, we discover a whole new way of relating with our animal companions.  

Many people witness surprising shifts in their dogs and within their own perceptions during this first session, equipping them with some simple new practices and a mindset that can make a huge difference. 

After our session, you will receive a written follow-up within 48 hours that will include:

  • Insights and Observations 
  • Summary of items we covered during the session
  • Recommended practices for implementing small & easy adjustments that can be applied
  • Longer Term strategies and recommendations to continue creating more calm and coherence in your experience/relationship with your dog
  • Resources to help deepen understanding and provide further support in applying concepts discussed

Once the Initial Session for Calm has been completed, Customized Successive Sessions for Calm are optional to   if you desire further guidance.

These sessions can help with:

  • Building on concepts and practices introduced during the Initial Session for Calm
  • Troubleshooting and refining the implementation of new practices
  • Leash Communication / Improving your walk in the community together
  • Working to reduce reactivity (with the help of my dog when appropriate)
  • Incorporating a ‘Place Command’ to invite more calm in various situations
